By browsing the Website or placing an Order, You accept the following Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between Us and You for the delivery of Products;

The Agreement and your Order constitute the entire agreement between Us and You pertaining to the delivery of Products. The Agreement cannot be modified unless We consent in writing or via email;

We reserve the right to make alterations without notice to the Prahran Health Foods website and these terms and conditions;

No employee or agent of Prahran Health Foods Online is authorised to alter the Terms and Conditions governing any sale;

By placing and paying for an Order, You indicate your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions;

ACCURACY OF PRODUCT(S) ADVERTISED, EXPIRY & PROMOTION PERIODS

We are not responsible for any name and/or barcode variations as a result of alterations made by the product's manufacturer(s) (s). You agreed that if the manufacturer modifies the product's packaging or formulation, we may provide you with the most recent or superseded version of the product.

The images provided on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product may vary from depicted images.

If You are specifically interested in purchasing a product depicted in an advertisement, You agree to contact us prior to making a purchase and payment to confirm that the advertised product will be in stock.

If you do not contact us beforehand to clarify, you agree that we may provide you with the most recent or superseded version of the product as supplied by the manufacturer;

In general, product expiration dates correspond to the most recent batch and are as long as possible. However, due to health food supplier guarantees of 3 months to Us, we can only guarantee this to be a minimum of 3 months at the time of shipment from our store, unless otherwise stated in the product description or title;

The advertised promotional prices and duration are subject to change without notice;

If we supplied you with an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened and unused;

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Our return policy conforms to our Consumer Guarantee;

There is no cancellation policy;

No refund policy is in effect;

We do not guarantee that the use of any products sold through our online store and retail location will not result in adverse reactions.

We do not offer refunds for products with adverse reactions unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If a consultation is required for Practitioner Only or Scheduled products and you cannot be reached by phone or email, the value of the Practitioner Only or Scheduled Product will be credited to your account for a future purchase. There will be no refunds;

SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping policy is governed by our Shipping Policy;

We are not responsible for product seal breaches that occur during delivery.

We are not accountable for liquid product leaks;

Unless otherwise specified, title and risk in the Products pass to You at the point of delivery for all deliveries;

Where You have directed Us to engage a courier or delivering company to deliver a parcel to You, You agree that the parcel has been delivered upon scanned tracking and/or written confirmation from the courier or delivering company;

For all shipping methods other than Click and Collect, You authorise Us to ship the order on your behalf and agree to abide by the policies and timeframes of the respective delivering company. The delivery schedules we provide are only estimates;

You agree to pay a Return To Sender Fee of $10.50 and any additional shipping charges to be sent to you again within 5 business days of the return and reinvoice, or you authorise us to dispose of the order if You have provided us with an incorrect/incomplete address or failed to collect from the delivering company on time and the parcel has been returned to Us.

For Click & Collect orders, you authorise us to hold your order for a maximum of fourteen days prior to your collection. You authorise us to dispose of the order if it is not collected within this timeframe.
